Meal sizes

• Clients will fill out their daily caloric target. Use the tool below to set how many calories the client should eat in each meal.
• Use decimals
• Make sure your total = 100%
• Set a meal to 0 in order to remove from plan (ex: Snack % = 0 will remove snacks)
